to Renew and Change Your Subscription
Step 1: Go into MY ACCOUNT
> , then Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS (or visit this link). It may take up to a minute for your Subscription to load.
Step 2: Click the drop-down box of the item you would like to change and select a new meal.
Step 3: Click on the meal you would like. A green success box will appear in the top right-hand corner of the page. The menu item is now updated. You can do this for any one of your menu items.
If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription, Click on the green button with the date and it will turn red to pause. To restart your subscription, just visit your subscription and click the red button to green and make your selections.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, click on the red cancel button at the bottom of the ordering screen. Changes and edits must be made before the ordering cut-off on Sunday at 7pm. If changes are not made, you will receive the same order of the previous week with substitutions of default items, if the menu has changed.
If you would like to order additional items, you will need to place a separate order. At this time, choose pickup to avoid delivery charge and please enter a comment in delivery instructions to deliver additional order with your subscription and include your address. We are working to make this more streamlined, and will update accordingly. Thank you!
